Sand & Cement Screed
Used to level and seal, concrete and block & beam floors within a normal range of depth and strength requirements. This screed can be laid as either floating or bonded.
SBR Modified Screed.
Screeds modified with SBR have greater strength, moisture resistance and bonding properties. SBR makes this an ideal floor topping for hard wearing areas or floors out side the normal range.
Wire Mesh Reinforced
Floors that have a greater than normal depth require the bedding of wire mesh (20-50mm)into the body of the screed in order to increase the integral strength of the screed.
Fibrous Screed
This screed has polypropylene fibres mixed within the screed. The fibres reinforce the screed making it suitable for both shallow and deep screed applications.
